Email [email protected]. Include the page or Gumroad product URL, your device and operating-system version, and what happened. For a paid order, include the email used at checkout or the Gumroad receipt number—but never full card or bank details.
Copyright and takedown
Rights holders should follow the Copyright and Takedown process and email [email protected].
Payment and file delivery
Gumroad processes checkout and normally delivers paid files. Order receipts and billing questions may need to be handled through Gumroad support or the link in your receipt.
We aim to review genuine messages within five business days. Response times may be longer during launches or holidays, and a response is not guaranteed for spam, promotional pitches or abusive messages.
