Information we collect
We may collect account details such as name, email address, login and security records; subscription status, credit ledger, transaction identifiers and billing metadata; device, browser, approximate location, cookie and server-log information; support messages; and activity needed to prevent abuse.
When you use the Studio, we process prompts, chosen screen format and LoRA selection, generated outputs, job status, safety signals, cost, and usage metadata. Reference-image uploads are disabled unless separately enabled by an administrator.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide and troubleshoot generations, maintain credit balances, manage subscriptions, prevent prohibited use, respond to support and takedown requests, measure service reliability, comply with law, and communicate important service notices.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use private prompts or generated outputs for unrelated advertising or to train a WeebWalls model.
Providers and international processing
We may send the minimum necessary prompt and settings to contracted model, inference, hosting, storage, security, analytics, email, and support providers. Their systems may process information in other countries and may apply their own safety rules and retention periods.
Dodo Payments processes payment details, receipts, taxes, recurring billing, refunds, and chargebacks for paid AI Studio subscriptions under its own privacy terms. WeebWalls receives transaction and entitlement metadata rather than full card numbers.
Retention and security
We retain account and transaction records as needed for service, fraud prevention, tax, dispute, and legal obligations. Generation files are retained while shown in your library or for a limited operational period, then may be deleted. Safety and credit-ledger records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your password and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Choices, rights, and age limits
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent through our contact page. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law permits or requires.
WeebWalls is not intended for anyone under 18. Do not create an account or submit personal information if you are under 18.
