Unless a product page includes a different written license, WeebWalls wallpaper downloads are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You receive permission to use the files; you do not receive ownership of the artwork or underlying intellectual-property rights.
You may
- Use a wallpaper on devices you personally own or control.
- Crop or resize a file for your own screen.
- Keep a reasonable personal backup of files you lawfully obtained.
- Share the public WeebWalls page URL so someone else can obtain a copy.
You may not
- Sell, sublicense, redistribute, upload or give away files or a substantially similar collection.
- Use artwork on merchandise, advertisements, packaging, streaming overlays, websites, apps or client work.
- Use artwork as a logo or trademark.
- Mint files as NFTs or use them in blockchain-token projects.
- Include files in datasets, model training, model evaluation or image-generation services.
- Claim that you created the artwork or use it unlawfully or deceptively.
Fan-made files
A WeebWalls license cannot grant rights that belong to a franchise owner or another third party. Franchise-inspired downloads are unofficial fan works and may be removed after a valid rights concern.
Ending the license
The license ends automatically if you materially breach it. Stop using the files and delete copies in your possession or control. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
For a commercial or extended license, contact support before use. Silence or a social reply does not grant additional rights.
