User responsibility
You are responsible for prompts, references, models, LoRAs, outputs, and publications associated with your account. Generative output may resemble existing material, and generation does not grant ownership of third-party characters, brands, artwork, likenesses, or other protected elements.
Only upload or use material you own, are licensed to use, or are otherwise permitted to use. Follow all attribution, redistribution, commercial-use, and derivative-work terms attached to a model, LoRA, reference, or source asset.
Submitting a takedown report
Send a report through our contact page. Include: your full name and contact information; identification of the protected work; the exact WeebWalls URL or generation identifier; a clear explanation of the claimed infringement; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized; a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete reports may delay review. Knowingly false claims may create liability. This process is for rights reports, not general content preferences or billing disputes.
Review, removal, and account action
We may ask for clarification, temporarily restrict access, remove or disable reported material, preserve evidence, notify the affected account, or take other reasonable action. We may terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously infringe rights.
Where appropriate, an affected user may respond with identification of the removed material, a good-faith explanation of authorization or error, contact information, required legal statements, and a signature. Restoration depends on applicable law and the information available.
No implied license or affiliation
WeebWalls is not affiliated with or endorsed by anime, manga, game, film, studio, publisher, celebrity, or character rights holders. Fan art generation does not grant rights to third-party characters or model weights. We do not permit deceptive real-person imitation.
