Account access
Creating a WeebWalls account is free. A paid subscription is required for AI Studio generation; no free credits are automatically granted at registration.
We may restrict access in cases of duplicate accounts, automation, abuse, fraud, or attempts to bypass service limits.
Subscriptions and monthly credits
A paid plan supplies the credit allowance shown at checkout for one billing period. Generation requires credits and is not unlimited. Credit estimates are shown before submission; the service confirms the charge for a job.
Unused monthly subscription credits expire when the billing period ends and do not roll over. A new allowance is issued after a successful renewal payment. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Failed and interrupted jobs
When the generation service records a job as failed before delivering a usable output, credits charged for that job are returned to the account balance. A slow or queued job is not treated as failed while processing continues.
If an automatic credit return does not appear, contact support with the generation ID. We may inspect limited job metadata to verify the failure. Dissatisfaction with a successfully delivered artistic result does not by itself make the job a technical failure.
Cancellation
You may cancel future AI Studio renewals at any time through the secure billing portal linked from your account. Cancellation takes effect for future billing and does not undo completed generations or used credits.
Deleting a WeebWalls account does not automatically cancel an externally managed subscription. Cancel the subscription first or contact support for help.
Refund requests
Because generation capacity and digital credits are supplied immediately, completed generations and used credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We review requests involving duplicate charges, unauthorized charges reported promptly, material service defects, or a paid allowance that was never delivered.
Submit a request through the contact page with the account email, charge date, amount, and reason. Any mandatory consumer rights in your location continue to apply.
Payment provider
Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for paid AI Studio subscriptions. It processes payment details, taxes, receipts, recurring billing, refunds, and chargebacks under the terms shown at checkout. WeebWalls receives transaction and entitlement metadata, not full card numbers.
